Returns Policy

1. General Information

At Klocksalongen AB, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless returns experience. This policy is in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item as outlined below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email or mail. Please include your name, order number, and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

3. Conditions for Returns

• Returns are only allowed for purchases made for unseen products.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return under the Distansavtalslagen, including:

• Customized or personalized items.

Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for in-person purchases. 

5. Refunds

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (konsumentköpslagen), we will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to you.
