You can book an appointment for a viewing, collection, repair, warranty claim, or sizing adjustment at our showroom at Vikingagatan 26 in Vasastan.
For viewings, you can book up to four watches per visit. Please provide the RLX/CRT/OME number of the watches in your booking. For collections, please provide your order number.
All watches are kept in a bank vault, which means we require at least one business day's notice prior to a viewing.
Please note that a maximum of two people may attend the visit, and we advise against bringing children.
You must bring a valid form of identification to your visit. The ID document must also be shown to the camera at the entrance before access is granted. Bookings may be cancelled if our Know Your Customer procedures cannot be met or if the requirements of anti-money laundering regulations cannot be fulfilled.
Authenticity
We carefully verify the authenticity of every watch we offer and provide detailed images of every point we check, for full transparency. Before sale, we also make sure the watch functions properly and is ready for sale. Every watch also comes with a 12-month warranty.
